Finding your SOLVIX size
SOLVIX is a trim-to-fit insole. Each of our 5 sizes covers a 2-EU range, and the insole has marked guidelines you can trim with scissors for a precise fit in your padel shoe.
Rule of thumb: if you're between sizes, order the larger one and trim down. It's much easier to trim than to stretch.

Conversion ranges are approximate and follow standard footwear sizing conventions. Your exact fit depends on the shoe brand — see the brand notes below.
How to measure your foot (60 seconds)
- Stand on a piece of paper with your heel against a wall. Do this in the evening — your feet are slightly larger after a day of standing.
- Mark the tip of your longest toe with a pen, keeping the pen vertical.
- Measure heel-to-mark in centimeters with a ruler.
- Repeat for both feet. Use the larger measurement — most people have one foot slightly bigger.
- Find your foot length in the table above and order the matching SOLVIX size.
If you're exactly on the boundary (e.g. 25.5 cm — borderline EU 39-40 / EU 41-42) — go up. The insole trims down easily; it can't stretch up.
How to trim your SOLVIX (if needed)
- Take your shoe's stock insole out and place it on top of your SOLVIX insole.
- Trace the outline of the stock insole onto SOLVIX with a marker. The SOLVIX top layer also has guide lines printed along the toe area.
- Cut along the line with sharp scissors. Cut a little wide on the first pass — you can always trim more, you can't add back.
- Insert into your padel shoe and test the fit. Walk around the house for 5 minutes before your next session.
