Some remote regions may take slightly longer due to local logistics. These estimates exclude customs clearance time, which is outside our control.

🛃 Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. SOLVIX does not collect these fees and cannot predict their amount.

📭 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your order — or your package arrives damaged — contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll investigate and resolve it with a replacement or refund.

📍 Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute orders once they've been dispatched. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping costs may apply).

✏️ Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, your order may already be in fulfillment and we cannot modify it.
