60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind every pair of SOLVIX insoles. If you're not satisfied for any reason within 60 days of your purchase, we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.

How it works:
- You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.
- If you've used the insoles and they didn't work for you, no return is required. Just contact us.
- If the insoles are unused and in original condition, you may return them and we'll cover the refund upon receipt.

Include your order number and we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

We process refunds to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to appear.
