We stand behind every SOLVIX product: our insoles and our CourtMatrix™ socks. If you're not satisfied for any reason within 60 days of your purchase, we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.

How it works:
- You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.
- This includes products you have used. If they didn't work for you, just contact us.
- If the product is unused and in original condition, you may return it and we'll cover the refund upon receipt.

Include your order number and we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

We process refunds to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to appear.
