SOLVIX insoles are sold for personal use in padel footwear. All product descriptions, lab results, and certifications referenced on this site are accurate to the best of our knowledge. 

2. Pricing
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at checkout is the price you pay.

3. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors or stock issues, in which case you will be fully refunded.

4. Shipping
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers outside our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

6. Intellectual Property
All content on solvixgear.com — including images, copy, and branding — is the property of SOLVIX. Do not reproduce without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
SOLVIX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products beyond the purchase price paid.

8.  GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we 
provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance 
with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, 
without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall 
be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in 
Sheridan County, Wyoming.
